Classes
Young 2/3’s Class
For children 2-3 years old.
Our curriculum gives children a positive first school experience. At this wonderful age our learning center is more focused on development skills, fine motor skills, and communication skills. We teach these life skills by using development techniques that encourage kids to sing, dance and have fun-focused activities. We introduce different themes that emphasize fun ways to learn. The classrooms are rich and stimulating, offering learning opportunities for all learning styles and needs.
Classes have two regular staff and two assistants. Classes are limited to 10 students. This class is perfect for first-time preschooler and for children who have previously been in a school setting. Children don’t need to be bathroom independent.
Young 4/5’s Class
For 4-5 years old.
Our preschool curriculum is designed to make them school ready. We build important academic and social skills that can ensure their success in future years. Our curriculum is filled with investigation, exploration, and discovery. Children can actively refine and expand their skills and knowledge. These children are getting close to kindergarten age, so we begin using more academic way to teach kids. We will begin introducing students to writing skills and techniques, reading, math and logic games.
Through intentional teaching practices, purposefully-designed learning environments, and enriched activities, teachers ensure preschoolers have joyful, appropriate, and meaningful learning experiences that lead to success in school and in life.
